Catch me if you can. Partner up and first lap was 5 burpees and catch up to your partner.
2 Sets of Bruce Lee’s consisting of the following
20 Flutter Kicks per leg
20 Leg Raises
20 American Hammers per side
20 Dying Cockroaches per leg
20 Freddy Mercuries per leg
20 LBC’s
Second lap of catch me if you can featured 10 Merkins per man and then catch up to partner.
2 more sets of Bruce Lee’s with the same exercises as above
Third lap of catch me if you can featured 10 prisoner squats per man and then catch up to your partner
3 more sets of Bruce Lee’s with same exercises as above
Make a circle all men do high knees and drop and do 10 Merkins. Next man yells drop and the whole group again does 10 Merkins. Total of 70 Merkins performed.
