Bruce Lee followed by lap around dog park and tennis courts
10 rounds OYO of the following: 5 Squat, 5 Sumo Squat, 5 plank rotations, 5 burpees

10 rounds OYO of the following: 5 Peter Parkers, 5 Mountain Climbers, 5 Big Boy Situps, 5 Crab Humpers
PAX were instructed to partner up. 1 partner at each end of the basketball court:
Bear Crawl to center, perform 10 patty cake merkins, crawl bear back to start. x 3 rounds.
Sprints! Who doesn’t love sprints?!
YHC only had 3 minutes left. We managed to get in 3 ~40yd sprints of the 8 planned =)
COT: prayers for the pax not able to be with us today and hope they can find the strength to join this amazing group of men
