5:30 in the Chilly Valentine Day morning, 8 Pax are ready to find their Valentine.
With quick disclaimer we started our mission.
Mosey around the Dog Park and Tennis Court to the Parking lot near Basketball court (BBC was occupied today for resurfacing)

– Windmills – 15 IC
– Frankensteins – 15 IC
Our mission today was to find the Valentine WHOM WE LOVE and wanted to Love.
Finding First Valentine
Cones were setup near two corners of parking lot.
We did 2 Burpees at first cone, sprint to the second cone and did 1 Jump Squat. Repeated this until we got 1, 2, 3…, 14 Jump Squats.

Sally Turned to be our Valentine. She wanted us to be in pain by doing SQUATS along with her song – Bring Sally up
Pain was awful. We Hydrated and recovered from the pain.
Time to try for another Valentine. We changed our search course down hill and changed the exercises so that we won’t get same pain again.
We did 2 Leg Raises at first cone, sprint to the second cone and 2 Lunges (1 each leg). Repeat this until we got 14,13,12,……,1 Lunges per leg.

We ran little slower to complete this exercise. So we have to skip few repetition and end up with Sally again. This time Sally wanted us to be in pain by doing MERKINS along with her song – Bring Sally up
Pain was awful. We Hydrated and recovered from the pain.
Looks like trying to find the Valentine WHOM we loved is going to end up with Pain.
Life is running out of time.
Finally all Pax found a Valentine WHO was waiting to Love us. She just wanted to do a SUCIDE RUN for her.
We decided to GO WITH HER singing the Happy song – Happy Come Along

Despite of all pain, here we are with our Valentine who loves us and whom we love.
