The weather was Cool on this Tuesday morning (5:00 am) at the LLR. Music system of LLR club house was playing loud all night annoying the neighbors around. One of them even approached to us thinking we might be playing the loud music and working out.
At the pavilion weenies were on fire to get some points on the board. Despite of cool weather their heart was very heavy and was feeling bad to workout on one side when other brothers were working out at the BB Court.
3 weenies started the workout and 2 more weenies joined after first round of Flutter Kicks.
Total:
1000 Flutter Kicks by 3 weenies and 900 by 2 weenies
100 Diamond Merkins by all
With 3 minutes spare for the regular beat down, all weenies rushed to the Basket ball court.
At this point all Weenies were determined to put forward the thought of stopping secret mini beat downs and continue to work out as ‘F3 Lutz’ brothers and encourage each other. Looks like everyone are in the agreement to step back and move together.
