5:30 AM meeting at the circle of death, just outside the hill of hell this morning in the gloom. 4 PAX gathered for a swift 45 minute mini beatdown, with lots of dips and american hammers on the menu.
Quick warm up featuring the following:

16 total sets of 25 dips and 50 american hammers (each side).
After two alternating sets of each, we would complete a lap around the gate and back.
Daily totals = 400 dips and 800 american hammers, 8 total laps for about 1.40 miles.
