Mosey toward the main roundabout and did full lap around it before the Warmup

Mosey to sunlake blvd for

Red Barchetta

YHC had trouble counting the number of light posts required but figured it out after the start of the exercise thanks to the other PAX.

All PAX started at the first light post at the corner of sunlake and long lake ranch and performed the following sets.

Mosey to the fifth light post (counting the starting light post as one), performed 100 SSHs, moseyed back to the start and did SSH until the six was in.

Mosey to the fourth light post, performed 75 mountain climbers, moseyed back to the start. YHC forgot to let the other PAX know to do mountain climbers while waiting for the six so PAX held Al Gore.

Mosey to the third light post, performed 50 LBCs, moseyed back to the start and did LBCs until the six was in.

Mosey to the second light post, performed 25 Merkins, moseyed back to the start and did merkins until the six was in.


Quick 15 second count but YHC forgot the time as it was being counted and started to move onto the next exercise after 10. Started at corner of sunlake and LLR, sloseyed to the next light post on the way back to the courts, then bear crawled to the next light post. Moseyed to the next light post, crab walk to the next light, and did crab cakes until the six was in.

Mosey to the playground for Morning Call on the playground with each PAX doing 10 pullups while other four did 10 merkins each time.

Mosey to the nearby bench for Dips X 15 IC

Mosey to the pavilion for Balls to the Wall for 10 seconds per PAX

Mosey back to the courts for some quick core work

Box Cutters X 15 IC

25 left oblique crunches, 25 right oblique crunches, and 25 LBCs OYO

Gas Pumps X 15 IC

Great workout today by all. Glad to see all the PAX pushing themselves
