Lunges and Splash OR Splash and Lunges

by | Jul 25, 2019 | Back Blasts

QIC: DBA
PAX POSTED: Vanellope, Grouper, Endo, dba

4 PAX were ready to beat the rain and the thunder this am. Rain or Shine – it has been a while we had not got chance to prove it.

YHC had missed his last Q due to illness. So empty spot in Q Sheet was an opportunity as well as responsibility to lead the group. YHC took the chance and run away from his work blaming the rain, the thunder and the Internet.

It started raining when the PAX arrived at the BB Court. 5:30 and here we go!!!!

SSH – 15 IC
Peter Parker – 10 IC
Burpees – 5 on the Count of the Q
Mosey towards east gate of the lake.

The plan was to mosey around the lake with exercises (OYO) at the stops.

1st stop:
Step-ups – 20 per Leg
Ierkins – 20
Derkins – 20

PAX sounded as warmed up as we can feel sweat against the rain.

2nd stop:
Step-ups – 20 per Leg
Ierkins – 20

Vanellope expressed to keep the body above the ground as it was wet, however YHC understood as to keep the feet above the ground.
