Tuesday morning with beautiful sky and glowing full moon were watching the 8 PAX (with 1 FNG – PopEyes) who were ready to take on the sweat feast.
YHC was on DR over the weekends and had consumed a lot of junk foods. So decided to burn them off with the workouts he does not like much.
5:30 AM and quick disclaimer was given and started the feast.
WARM UP
SSH – 10 IC
Frenkestine – 10 IC
Wind Mills – 10 IC
Imperial Walker – 10 IC
Mosey to the Dead End for the Thang: MSB
All PAX lined up horizontally facing towards the LLR.
Each PAX sprint to the Fire Hydrant and back until everyone got their turn.
Until everyone got a chance to sprint, remaining PAX did
Merkins for the first round
Squats for the second round
Burpees for the third round
Only way to do less of these exercises is Sprint faster!!!
Boys appeared to be little warmed up.
Mosey to the BB Court for quick sip of water and continue to the roundabout towards the Sunlake.
Walking Lunges around the roundabout with 10 Plank Jacks in each line.
Mosey to the Playground. 8 PAX are divided into 2 groups.
One group did 5 Pull-ups while the Other group did 5 Big Boy setups – Repeated this for 3 rounds.
Mosey back to the BB Court for some more MSB:
This time each PAX had to do following exercises and run around from the mail box.
3 Burpees
4 Squats
5 Merkins
This continued for the last 10 minutes.
All PAX planked up for 10 counts to end the morning workout.

Prayers for the Kid who was hit by a car when he was for his football game. We pray that his injuries are normal and he recovers soon to be back for the game.
