Quick disclaimer and straight to work for 8 PAX in attendance. The goal was to keep all PAX moving and the blood flowing with temps in the low 40s.
Mosey to round about toward Sunlake
SSH IC x 15 (YHC made sure to note that these would be the only SSH for today)
Frankenstein IC x 15
Cotton Pickers IC x 15
Merkins IC x 10
Mountain Climbers IC x 15
Shoulder Taps IC x 20
Mosey to round about close to dead end
15 monkey humpers at each line w/ bear crawl in between…many PAX were howling about halfway through, still feeling the pain from Saturday’s beatdown.
Mosey to the field of pain, with a special emphasis on pain. This is where the fun would begin…
Dora w/ all PAX partnering up
One PAX would complete exercises while the other would run the length of the field and back, until reaching the following cumulative totals between each set of partners:
400 flutter kicks
Step ups while waiting on the six, all PAX focused on finishing strong.
A lot of steam coming off of all 8 PAX as we mosey’d our way back to b-ball courts.
Balls to the wall- PAX count to 10, 80 secs total
10 burpees to finish right at 6:15a.
Prayer for @Apnea’s coworker and that she heal quickly from kidney stones.
Prayers for @no-see-um and his M as she experiences challenging times at work.
Prayers for @Vanellope and his grandfather.
Good to have such a great group of men out making one another better in our families and the community. Great job @Miley getting out and pushing it his first two beatdowns…here to stay for sure!
Appreciate the dedication and commitment of all PAX able to come out consistently; we’ll continue to push and encourage one another (even those than weren’t able to make it recently).
Reminder: GoRuck Star Course upcoming on 02/08 at 6am in Tampa (26.2 miler). 4 PAX confirmed so far and looking to get others signed up.
For those wondering, the title is in honor of the New Orleans ‘Aints, who ‘Blew Dat’ on Sunday!
