15 monkey humpers at each line w/ bear crawl in between…many PAX were howling about halfway through, still feeling the pain from Saturday’s beatdown.
Mosey to the field of pain, with a special emphasis on pain. This is where the fun would begin…
Dora w/ all PAX partnering up
One PAX would complete exercises while the other would run the length of the field and back, until reaching the following cumulative totals between each set of partners:
100 burpees
200 Squats
300 merkins
400 flutter kicks
Step ups while waiting on the six, all PAX focused on finishing strong.
A lot of steam coming off of all 8 PAX as we mosey’d our way back to b-ball courts.
Balls to the wall- PAX count to 10, 80 secs total
10 burpees to finish right at 6:15a.
