Day 5 of our burpee challenge and many PAX feeling the pain, although these burpees seem to get getting easier and routine for many.

Wanting to get these burpees over with, all 9 PAX dove right in.
Burpee Mile- 25 burpees, then one lap around the dog park and tennis courts
4 rounds = 100 burpees and 1 mile mosey (minimal mosey for the day as promised)
The goal was to finish in under 15 minutes and most PAX finished between 15 and 20.
Next up, stations of pain – intervals- 45 secs of work and 15 secs of rest
Overhead Press w/block
Squats w / Ruck
Kettle bell swings
Leg Raises
Block Curls
Upright Rows w/ Ruck weight
Dips
Flutter kicks
Thrusters w/block
Slam Ball
Jump rope
Triceps Press
Finished up with 10 burpees, 990 total completed for the day including all PAX
COT
Prayers for all PAX that may have something on their mind that they are unwilling to share.
Great to have this strong group of men out here making one another better every day and being leaders in our families and the community.
