Preparation for SASQUATCH

Breezy Saturday morning. Since there was no Q assigned YHC wanted to take it and get an idea of what is required for the SASQUATCH challenge happening 1st of August. With quick disclaimer we started it.
Mosey to the picnic table next to the dock.
Warm up:
SSH, Air Presses, Imperial Walker, Wind Mills, Frenkestine – 10 IC
Plan is to mosey around the lake as much laps as possible with 4 stops and following exercises.
1st stop: starting point
2nd stop: 1st gate on east side
3rd stop: before the bridge
4th stop: west gate
1st (and 4th if Time permits) Laps: Perform below exercises in every stops:
10 Merkins
10 Squats
10 Big Boy Setups
10 Burpees
2nd and 3rd Laps:
50 Salute Plank
50 SSH
50 Mountain Climbers
50 LBCs
Boys could have gotten more Laps but due to time we stopped after 3rd Laps.

@Miley with the early lead out the gate, but then on lap 3 turn 4 there may have been an unconfirmed honey bun sighting along with a splash of merlot and that was all she wrote, as Endo passed and never looked back…

@Sloppy Joe and @Nomad kept it up and pushed YHC. We had to cut the 3rd lap to catch up the boys.
Exhausted and definitely need more preparation for SASQUATCH.
