Early finishers under 45 min: 1 LAP around Lake Payne AND 10 Burpees EMOM
Late finishers after 45 min: 10 Burpees EMOM
The challenge was brutal with alot of grunting going on but all the PAX pushed through it and prevailed and are better men for it. While waiting for the final finishers to return from their lap around the lake the remaining PAX held plank and took turns saying what they were thankful for.
