Twelve PAX took their DRP and headed out into the glorious Florida morning sun for a beatdown.

Warmup
Ten reps, in cadence:

Pointed out the whiteboard waiting for the PAX at the end of the field and then moseyed the other direction to the northwest field.
Ping-pong 1:
Each PAX started with ten burpees, moseyed to the whiteboard and stacked each exercise, and moseyed back to the starting position for five rounds.

Once the six was in, a slowsey to the flag and a quick sip.
Ping-pong 2:
A classic eleven. Each Pax lined up on the flag, burpees on one side, BBS on the other side, crab walking in between.

Ping-pong 3:
The PAX partnered up to a mini-DORA. 100 lifts and 200 squat jumps. Flat Tire kept the group motivated with several phrases of encouragement, none of which can be written here.
With seconds to spare, the PAX circled up and did one more burpee for fun.
