Timed burpees to measure improvement as we close out day 30 of the Burpee Challenge. Many PAX conquered the challenge and completed their 3000+ burpees in style. We also saw all PAX improve their time from day 1 to day 30 by an average of 2 minutes per PAX.

At each median on the left hand side, complete sets of the following exercises:
10 shoulder taps
10 leg raises
Rinse and repeat, which totaled 9 sets
Finish up with Balls to the Wall and Wall Sits- 10 secs per PAX for both exercises.
