3 PAX Showed up this morning for “Monday Madness”. Not everyone loves Mondays, but Monday Madness makes it worth it lol!!!!. 5:30AM hit and we went straight to the warm up.
Warm-up:
- SSH
 - Windmills
 - Merkins
 
The Thang:
- Individual suicide runs: 40-20-10-5 of the following exercises.
- Mountain Climbers
 - Merkins
 - Squats
 
 
Mosey to Concession Stand: Pax will go around 3 times by doing the next optional movements Bear crawl or Bunny Hops (PAX will chose what movement to do). At the end of each lap PAX will do the following:
- 20 step ups ( Hard way)
 - 20 Irkins
 - 20 Dips
 
Mosey to roundabout: Lunges around roundabout until getting back to starting position then doing the following.
- Flutter kicks
 - Freddy Mercuries
 - 10 Burpees
 
Mosey to exercise equipment located next to soccer field to do a circuit circle using the following equipment’s:
- Chest press
 - pull up bar
 - Leg Pedal
 - Leg raises
 
Mosey back to Starting point where we finished with suicide runs:
- 10 Jump squats
 - 10 Merkins
 - 10 Burpees

- Prayers for Apnea’s M getting vaccinated today.
