With quick disclaimer and the core principles of F3 we are on it. It has been a while YHC has not seen Boobie and with little low vision he thought him as FNG or visitor and gave extra emphasis on disclaimer 🙂 Looks like it is time for reading .. no exercise glasses. Good to see you back Boobie!
Warm up: 15 SSH IC and Mosey around the dog park tennis court to the Field of Pain.
Easy 50 with Home Burpees
At the Field of Pain, lined up at the sidewalk facing towards the playground. Below exercises are performed – 50 Reps Easy way.
- Dying Cockroach
- Split Jacks
- Big Boy Setups
- American Hammers
- Jump Squats
- Leg Raises
After each exercises in above list PAX moseyed around the Field of Pain performing 1 Burpee at first corner, 2 Burpees at second corner, 3 Burpees at the third corner and 4 Burpees at the forth corner.
By the time Hooker realized he is going to do 100 Burpees, he was already left with 27 to go 🙂
Great to see early finishers encouraging and pushing the boys to get to the complete line. That is what we love about us at F3.
With few minutes remaining on the clock, we lined up again at the side walk facing the playground for Broad Jump Burpees.
We sneaked in 10 Burpees and mosey back to the court to finish the beatdown.
