After being pressured by a few PAX it was time for me to get my VQ over with. YHC and 5 Pax Started off with a quick disclaimer and recited the 5 core principles. 1. Free of Charge 2. Open to All men 3. Held outdoors rain or shine cold or hot 4. Peer led in a rotating fashion and 5. End in a Circle of Trust.

After warmups still trying to buy time we started off with a quick mosey to the corner. As Apnea made his way to the parking lot we stopped and started Chest day with Mucho Chesto plank for the 6. Mosey to playground. were things quickly escalated.
5 burpees to start and after each exercise for a total of 25.
25 Merkins
25 BBS
25 Squats
25 Dying cockroaches hard way
25 Hand Release Merkins
Then 5 extra burpees thanks to Hitchhiker who finished first.
Short mosey to the hill
Pyramid burpees 1-5 then back to 1. Start off with a burpee then bear crawl up the hill, crab walk down the hill 2 burpees. Bearcrawl up and Crab walk down 3 burpees…..continue to 5 then back down to 1.
Mosey to softball bleachers.

25 Stepups Hardway
25 Derkins
Mosey to corner straight shot to the concession stands. Mosey, Sprint using the trees on the left alternating between the trees.
Back to the start with 3 minutes remaining. Pax on their 6 with leg raises like a clock from 12-3 a bit confusing but raise legs and keep them up at different positions till time runs out.
