Mosey to the dead end and then turned back to head towards the nearby roundabout:

All PAX in a single file for an indian Run to the trail gate by the Reserve
Through the gate onto the boardwalk for
Frankensteins X 10 IC
Then two 2 Sets of 20 dips, 20 Step Ups easy way, 20 Irkins
Mosey along the trail until we got to the first bridge path.
20 Alligator Merkins easy way across the bridge then 20 walking lunges easy way and finally duckwalks to the end
Once the six was in, mosey to the next bridge where we did 20 walking lunges the easy way and then duck walk across to the end.
Mosey all the way to the dock for 11’s
Starting on the path we did 1 Squat then ran to the dock to do 10 burpees until we got to 10 Squats and 1 burpee. Great job by all PAX in making sure no one got knocked off the dock during the runs back and forth.
Short mosey to nearby pavilion for 25 Calf Raises on the columns and then 25 dips.
Mosey out to Leonard Road, cut through the pool parking lot to get to Breynia Dr. for some escalators to take us back.
At the next 4 light poles on the right side, we did
5 Hand Release Merkins
10 Lunges easy way
At this point we had 5 minutes to make it back so YHC called an audible
At the next three lights we did 5 squats.
Indian run back to the courts to finish up. As we rounded the corner at the roundabout YHC called for AYG back to the court.
