10 HIM came out for an early morning workout, but the highlight of the morning was to dodge the BOP aka 100 Burpees! lol. 5:30 hit and the fun started.
Warm up:
Mosey to roundabout:
  • Windmills
  • Merkins
  • Shoulder taps
  • Tempo squat
mosey roundabout:
• 20 squats
         Lap around the roundabout
• flutter kicks 40
         Lap around the roundabout
• 20 lunges
         Lap around the roundabout
10 burpees
         Lap around the roundabout
• Mosey to lake ( Wise guy a little concern thinking we were trespassing ) LOL!!!!!
  • 20 Freddie Mercurys
  • 10 walking lunges
  • 10 Star jacks
  • 10 walking lunges
  • 10 box cutters
Merkin run: 
Start with 5 merkins and increase by 5 per tree. ( 7 trees in total) 
Indian run to BB courts.
