YHC was in a Monday morning daze, and needed a good beatdown lift the mood. Hooker and Chowder was ITG early to get in their physical fitness test, so they were primed and ready to go. Quick disclaimer and mosey to the grassy patch by the playgrounds. YHC instructed PAX to bring their waters because this is where we would be for all the fun.

Mosey around baseball field and back to playground- little over quarter mile.

5 rounds of exercises. At the end of the odd rounds, PAX mosey around grass patch. At the end of even rounds, PAX mosey around baseball field.

Grab sip and Indian Run the long way around the baseball field to the West parking lot

Each left hand tree

SSH x 30 – all PAX SSH until six gets in 30

Mosey to South lot and AYG back to flag to bring us to 6:15 and some change.
