Better late that number!
On a cool Saturday morning, 15 PAX got together to get better. YHC had promised everyone that there would be no squats, no mosey and everyone would remain dry. These of course were all likes as the ground was soaked, squats were a plenty, and you can’t get anywhere without a mosey.
Warmup:
In cadence:
- 10 SSH
- 10 Tempo Squats
- 10 Tappity Tap Tap
- 10 X-factors
The Thang:
While holding a squat and with arms out, the following was done:
- 10 Seal Claps
- 10 Overhead Claps
- 10 Baby Arm Circles
- 10 Reverse Baby Are Circles
- 10 Moroccan Nights
- 10 Wing Flaps
A couple PAX thought the shoulder burner was stupid, which put a smile on YHC as he knew we’d see that one again.
Lining up on the tree, two rounds were done OYO:
- Bear Crawl to light pole
- Bruce Lee
- Walking Lunge back to tree
- Much Chesto
After the 6 was in, we moseyed to the field with the nice grass for a little DORA. The acculative exercises were:
- 100 Kneel-to-Stands (ew)
- 200 Derricks (ew)
- 300 Squats
The PAX not pounding out reps would run to the silver bench and do the following:
- Round 1 – 5 Thigh Taps
- Round 2 – 5 Supermans
- Round 3 – 5 Burpees
Once the 6 was in, back to the flag.
