To kickoff this holiday weekend, and knowing he was going DR later that morning, YHC thought it was a great idea to pull out something hard, a 100 burpee workout.
Warmup
All in cadence:
- 15 SSH
- 10 Frankenstein
- 10 Tempo Squats
- 14 Baby Arm Circles Forward and Backward
10 burpees (10) OYO
The Thang:
The 6 PAX mosey’d out to the corner by the roundabout and dropped to the ground for a Bruce Lee. From there they mosey’d to the back of the school, hopped the fence and went to the track.
On the track, it was time for a hard 11. After a half lap, 11 burpees were done, another half lap, then 10 burpees. Process repeated itself down to zero, giving every PAX at least another 66 (76 total) burpees.
After hopping back over the fence, we headed back to the corner doing 4 burpees at every light for another 16 (92) burpees. After making the corner, one burpee at every light for another 5 (97). 3 burpees (100) and an all out back to the flag at 6:15.
