On a cool morning at The District, 5 PAX showed up for a Wednesday beatdown.
All in cadence:
- 15 SSH
- 10 Windmills
- 10 Tempo Squats
- 10 Tappity Tap Taps
A quick mosey over to the tennis courts for the main event.
Eight exercises were assigned to each court:
- Hand Release Merkins
- Squat Jumps
- Thigh Taps
- Dolly Partons
- Plank Surrenders
Each PAX ran around the court to start at court 8 and worked their way to court 1. 25 reps of each exercise were completed before moving on to the next court. PAX alternated between bear crawls and duck walks going to court to court.
Once a round was completed, the last exercise was removed (for example, second round started at court 7) to ensure there was additional time for more burpees.
