3 HIM for an overcast yet pleasant morning for a Tour de Boneyard…
WARMS-UPS:
SSH x 15
Tie-Fighters x 10 each side
Squats x 15
Heels to Heaven in cadence x 10
The tour begins with a Mosey around the block with a Christmas twist. Each time we encountered Christmas archway decorations an exercise was called out to be performed to pass through each tunnel, exercises included;
Bear Crawls, Alligator Merkins, Carioca, Sprints, Lunges, Froggers.
After the Tour of Archways the next stop is at the Fitness Station to perform the following Cindy Crawford routine (its never too early to work on the beach bods):
Pull-ups x 5
Merkins x 15
Squats x 15
Toe Raises x 20
LBCs x 25
Total of 5 sets
Tour continues with a Mosey to Locust Park…
Upon arrival PAX begin at one end of the grass event area to start a round of modified 4 x 4s as follows:
-Start with arm raised in standing position, drop to burpee into plank, 4 Merkins, 4 mountain climbers (hard)
-Lunge to the other side of the field and complete 4 step-ups (hard),
-Return back to the other side via a Bear Crawl
Total of 4 complete Rounds
On to the final leg of the Tour with a return back to the Boneyard…with a short round of Al Gore to Star Jumps to break things up…
Upon return to the Yard;
Leg Raises x 50
Freddie Mercury x 50
Plank x 50 seconds
