Bruce Lees broken down at every light post the other way with a sprint in between
Quick Mosey to the Field
Cones set up in a Diamond shape with 5 points. Like a diamonds 4 C’s we did 4 Burpees at every cone. With a bear crawl, walking lunge, sprints, and crab walk to get to each point. Rinse and repeat for a total of 4 rounds.
Wrapped up the BD with a Circle Burp
Burpees kept us warm in the frosty morning
