80 mountain climbers easy

70 squats

60 calf raises

50 glute bridges

40 lunges easy

30 Brick curls

20 Brick swings

10 push ups

Then start back from the bottom to the top

Remaining time 10 burpee jump overs with brick. Run around the dog park. Repeat until end.
