We enjoyed some warmer weather this morning at the Ranch. No ad free Music from Pandora was flowing as the PAX started to gather for a Waterboy beat down. 5:30 hit and we were off and running!

Round One – Burpees & Squats
Partner 1 does 10 burpees while partner 2 does 20 squats, then switch. Repeat with 9 burpees, 18 squats, then 8 burpees, 16 squats, down to 1 and 2. Run .25 Mile and 50 walking lunges.
Round Two – Groiners and SSH
Partner 1 does 20 Groiners while partner 2 does 20 SSH, then switch. Repeat with 19 Groiners, 18 SSH, then 18 Groiners, 16 SSH down to 1 and 2. Run .25 Miles and 50 walking lunges.
Round Three – Balls to the Wall and Merkins
Partner 1 does 20 Merkins while partner 2 does balls to the wall, then switch, Repeat with 19 Merkins, balls to the wall, then 18 Merkins, balls to the walls, down to 1 and 2. Run .25 Miles and 50 walking lunges.
Long line Indian Run for the PAX around the community center, back to the courts for a Big Boy sit-up fest to finish 6:15!
