Cool Tuesday morning 9 PAX (welcome visitor Eileen from Jacksonville) ready to flush out some sweat.
After quick disclaimer, mosey around the dog park to the field of pain.
Warm up – SSH, Frienkestine, Wind Mills, 5 Broad Jump Burpees.
Partner up and do not leave your partner behind during entire beatdown.
Mosey around the lake (heading eastward) stopping for following exercises.
At the Dock: 50 Squats and 50 Merkins (each partner do the exercise in turn)
At the first gate: 50 Derkins and 50 Big Boy Setups
At the Second gate: 50 Box Jumps and 50 Step Ups (easy way)
Before the Bridge: 1 set of Bruce Lee
Walking Lunges or Bear Crawl across the bridge.
At the west gate: 50 Squats and 50 Merkins and wait for the SIX
Single line Indian Run back to the Basketball Court.
At the BB Court, Lucky 7: Line up at side line. Do 7 Burpees and sprint to next side line for 6 Burpees. Continue until you go 1 Burpee.
6:15 – we are glad that we could wake up in this morning, come out in the nature and get some sweat out.
