Day 2 of 31 and the fear of the burpee is real but not so much for the brave PAX that made it out in the remnants of this brutal Florida winter. 54 degrees in the gloom with the fear of the cold keeping the fartsack alive. YHC started off the with disclaimer and 5 core principals at 5:30 and off we went.

Mosey the long way back to soccer field
The thang part 2
1st and 10
100 yard field marked at 10 yard increments. Perform 10 Merkins, 1 Burpee (11’s) at the 10, sprint the remaining 90 yards. Recover jog back to the 20. Perform 9 Merkins, 2 Burpees, sprint the remaining 80 yards, recover jog to the 30. Repeat until all 100 yards and 11’s have been completed. YHC ran out of cones so final run was the entire 100 yards. Bring in the 6 and with 5 minutes remaining head back to concession stand.
