In this part of the country? Localized entirely at The Boneyard? Yes indeed, and 5 PAX, Grouper, Hitchhiker, DBA, IKEA, and Photoshop came out to play with QIC Tebow’s sled.
PAX warmed up with some Tappity-tap-taps, Frankensteins and Windmills. Next, PAX slowsey’d over to do 3 sets of 5 pull-ups, 10 dips, 15 rows, and 20 sit-ups.
Now it was time for some sledding action! PAX split into two group at each end of the Boneyard. One PAX loaded up Tebow’s tire sled with their block and pulled it backwards to the other side of the field. As PAX pulled, they really tried to focus on keeping their knees over their toes to isolate their hamstrings. As one PAX pulled the sled, the rest of the PAX rotated between 30 block curls and 30 overhead presses until they reached 300. All PAX were able to pull the sled twice.
After sledding, QIC led PAX in some deconstructed burpees. Three cones were set up like a triangle. At the first cone PAX did 15 merkins, sprinted to the second cone and did 15 knee tucks. PAX then sprinted to the third cone, did 15 jump squats and sprinted back to the first cone. Three rounds was more than enough.
After that, QIC thought that a 100 dora Burpback Mountain would be a good idea. No one else did by the end however.
PAX finished up with about 5 minutes to spare and spent the rest of the BD sprinting while pulling the tire sled. A fun time was had by all.
