Well the weather was absolutely fabulous, slight wind and a temp of 69 is always a winner. 16 PAX arrived ready to get a good sweat on, only 1 problem…the beatdown was designed especially for 1 PAX who was turning 40 today that didn’t post (apparently the Atlanta Braves are more important). Well who cares anyway, we are gonna focus on some 40’s today and we can have cake at a later date. FNG (Wilson) was welcomed, the disclaimer was given and we were off.

YHC had to call the 11’s a bit early as there was only 2 min remaining (hope everyone got in their 40 mountain climbers by this point). Time to finish the beatdown off with a timeless ENDO tradition…THE BIRTHDAY SONG (new rap version)…Everytime the word birthday is spoken PAX perform 1 squat. There were approx. 40 or so performed but who’s counting at this point.
