warmup:
- SSH x10IC
- WindMills x10IC
- Baby Arm Circles – 10IC
- Reverse Baby Arm Circles – 10IC
- frankensteins, High knees and butt kicks 10 each
Thang:
- Run to the first roundabout near tennis courts to do 10 each of 1. Squats, 2. Sumo squats and 3. Deep squats
- Wait for 6, and run to the next junction to do 10 walking lunges
- wait for 6, and run to the next roundabout by the lake to do Mucho Chesto.
At this point, Pax completed 1 mile of run. - Run towards Sunlake and pax stopped to do Leeroy – 40 reps each hard way of Bruce Lee.
- Wait for 6 to start off a series of slow-fast runs changing pace every 2:1 poles along the way until pax reach LLR blvd.
- Cooldown by repeating the Squat workout from beginning of the run. – 10 each of 1. Squats, 2. Sumo squats and 3. Deep squats
- Run to the next roundabout to align at the lines and do 5 merkins and 2 burpees at each line until Pax return to their original position.
- Run back to the basketball courts at 6:15 sharp.
COT: Prayers to Dilio’s family member and Baywatch to get better and Pax reminded about the yes-man mile and fishing trip and ended the workout by saying Prayers to all the Pax and families to stay safe, strong and happy.
