A beautiful morning and a great turnout at the Ranch. 5:30 came with everyone ready and on time. We started with an intro to the day, and then we got busy.

Mosey to the first roundabout.
The Thang:
Called Ground Hog day because this beat down repeats itself over and over and over and over……
Pax ran back and forth between Roundabout A and Roundabout B.
Exercises at Roundabout A: Bear walk around the Round About then Bill Murrays (burpees/merkin/BBSU/squat) total rep count must equal 40 and must do at least 1 of each exercise.
Run to Roundabout B. Exercises at Roundabout B: Lunge Walk around the roundabout then Bruce Lee Hard Way.
Run back to Roundabout A and repeat.
6:15 saved us and we headed back to the courts.
