Rolling out of the fartsack, YHC walked out the door later than desired/expected. A thought rushed in and YHC realized he was Q, allowing local traffic laws YHC pulled into the district just on time to see 4 PAX awaiting a humpday BD. Two more PAX pulled up during the warm up- resulting in a lucky 7!

WarmUp:

  • 10 SSH (IC)
  • 5 Burpees (OYO)
  • 10 Baby arm circles (front/back- IC)
  • 25 Tib raises (OYO)
  • Balance
    • 10 pistol squats (OYO)- HW
    • 20 Calf raises (OYO)- HW
    • 10 Plank reaches (IC)- HW
      • plank- reach out opposite arm and leg; crunch in; reach back out; return to plank. Switch to opposite arm and leg.- that’s 1
  • 5 burpees
  • 25 Tib raises
  • Back set
    • Superman and variations
    • On your stomach; all in series
      • 5 supermans
      • 10 diamond side pulls
      • 5 Rocket man hold

Mosey to the playground

The Thang:

  • Broke into groups of two (one group had three)
  • One PAX started Bruce Lee- partner PAX would go do 5 pull ups. If PAX doing pull up finished before exercise of Bruce Lee was finished. PAX would join in with their partner to finish with them, then continue to the next exercise. RR until all Bruce Lee exercises finished.
  • 10 Burpees

Mosey from playground around the baseball field and over to the parking lot (opposite side of our start)

  • Ladder Suicides
    • Sprint to island back peddle to start
    • Sprint to next island, back peddle to previous island
    • RR progressing forward, finishing at the flag.
  • Back to the start
