QIC Tebow was super excited to Q his first BD at The District and 8 PAX had the misfortune of being at the receiving end of that excitement. They knew it was going to be a special BD since Q was only in spandex and an F3 shirt.
Warm up started with 20 fast paced SSH followed by Q leading a mosey around the school to the 400 meter track behind it. Along the way we saw Apnea and PAX tried to get his attention, but he was too focused on his Barbra Streisand to notice.
The BD went as follows:
1 Burpee, fast mosey 800 meters, 2 Burpees, 700 meters, 3 Burpees, 600 meters and so on, till 8 Burpees and sprint 100 meters.
By the time we finished, PAX had 5 minutes to make it back to The District so a fast mosey/Indian Run was in order. Right as we were turning the corner past the school, Noodle barfed, heaved, ralphed, and chucked. In that order. QIC couldn’t have been prouder. Praise Cheesushead!
