A beauty morning at the Ranch and a great turnout.  5:30 came with everyone ready and on time. Started with our disclaimers and then we got busy.

Warm up

SSH 10 IC, Tappity Tap Taps 10 IC, Franken steins 10 IC, Windmills 10 IC, Dive Bombers 5 on your own.

Mosey to the corner

The Thang:

Pax will have to increase by 2 the next exercises in the next 8 light poles. Starting with 2 of each:
  • Merkins
  • Squats
  • BBS
The same drill will be repeated going back to the first pole doing the following exercises:
  • LBC
  • Diamond Merkins
  • lunges

Mosey to the courts.

Partner up. Partners perform 100 Merkins, 200 Squats, 300 Monkey Humpers as a team. P1 starts with 10 Merkins while P2 performs a 6″ leg hold until P1 is finished, then switch. Continue switching between Merkins and leg hold until 100 total Merkins reached. Next, P1 does 20 Squats and P2 holds a plank. Continue switching until all 200 Squats are completed. Next P1 does 30 Monkey Humpers, while P2 does Al Gore, then switch. Continue switching until 300 total Monkey Humpers are completed.

6:15 saved us before we could all finish our Monkey Humpers and we were done. Saved by the Bell.
