A cool and breezy morning to have a good workout. 8 HIM showed up and 5:30am hit.

Warm up:
  • SSH—- jumping jacks
  • Windmill
  • Tempo Squat
  • Shoulder Taps
  • Merkins
Mosey to our first set of exercises:
  • our first stop consisted on 10 walking lunges the hard way and 10 Burpees finish the set.
  • our second stop 10 bear crawl and 10 Merkins to finish the set
Mosey to the next stop:

20 of each for the following:

  • Dips
  • Step ups
  • Irkins
Mosey to the parking lot for the following exercises:
PAX will start by doing a set of exercises in the starting point and sprint to the other cone for Merkins.
  • 5 Burpees * 2 Merkins
  • 10 LBCs * 4 Merkins
  • 15 Squats * 6 Merkins
  • 20 BBS *  8 Merkins
  • 25 Bobby Hurleys * 10 Merkins
  • 30 Flutter kick * 12 Merkins

  • 45 American Hammers * 18 Merkins
  • 50 SSH * 20 Merkins
Mosey to concession stand:
Walking lunges around then 5 burpees
Bear crawl around the 10 burpees
