Mosey to our first set of exercises:
- our first stop consisted on 10 walking lunges the hard way and 10 Burpees finish the set.
- our second stop 10 bear crawl and 10 Merkins to finish the set
Mosey to the next stop:
20 of each for the following:
- Dips
- Step ups
- Irkins
Mosey to the parking lot for the following exercises:
PAX will start by doing a set of exercises in the starting point and sprint to the other cone for Merkins.
