PAX POSTED: Hitchhiker, Grouper, Splinter, RubNTug

It was a glorious morning in the gloom this 1st of August. A balmy yet manageable 78 degrees and nearly 75% humidity. 5:30 rolls around and off we go. Bunch of veterans at the beatdown but never a bad time to give a quick disclosure and remind ourselves that we have 5 core principles that we go by on a regular.

Off we go into the warm up:

Warm up
Stretch down to the right ankle, hold in a few breaths and then walk to the middle. Hold that for a few and then walk to the left all for a nice deep stretch.
Windmill IC 10
Arm circles IC 10 Reverse
Hillbillies IC 10
Shoulder taps IC 10
The Thang
Off to the parking lot for a good time
Starting off at the flag only 4 simple exercises today
5 Burpees
10 Merkins
15 LBC
20 Squats
Lunge walk to each island on right until very end at the new baseball fields
Nearly making it to the end with only 5 minutes remaining mosey back to flag.
Circle up for silent 21 with nearly perfect precision ending with 15 seconds of rest to spare.

Prayers for PAX not able to make it out due to any physical or mental struggles.
Prayers for Splinter in his upcoming Jujitsu match in Lakeland and his 38 hour endurance race that he is currently prepping for.
