PAX: Dillio, Endo, Grouper, Hitchhiker, Hooker, Noodle, Petey, Rub N’ Tug, Seltzer, Vanellope, Waterboy
Quick Disclaimer, five core principles, then Petey arrived just on time, so we did 15 SSH IC and 15 Frankensteins IC to give him a chance to join. Mosey to the main roundabout for some more warm-up

Since YHC made a poor decision (according to the PAX) by signing up for a 2,000 Burpee challenge for the month, he decided to make the other PAX pay (or join in on the fun). Starting at the main roundabout and running along nature view drive, 4 burpees were done at every light pole (left and right side, on or off). The PAX were not amused with this idea but did it anyway.
We stopped at the roundabout at the end of nature view drive and planked while waiting for the six. Continuing along the roundabout (which had two more light posts) towards long lake ranch blvd to continue the fun. PAX held up at the intersection of Zamia Loop for plank or went back for the six. Once everyone was in, quick set of Bruce Lees as a break. More burpees/mosey until we got to the dead-end roundabout. PAX who finished early made their way back to collect the six. With about 6 minutes left we moseyed back to the courts where each PAX called out an exercise at 10 reps each.
Box Cutters, Freddy Mercuries, Big Boy Situps, Prison Squats, Frankensteins, Hand Release Merkins were the exercises called out. Vanellope was about to call out Burpees but 6:15 came around just in time.
44 light poles in total which means 176 burpees were completed.
Great job by all PAX and YHC promised not to deliver this beatdown for at least 6 months.
Prayers for Belding and his family
Prayers for those PAX down range and recovering from injuries.
