Today was a special day for YHC which is why he chose the Q. 1 year ago YHC underwent his 2nd knee surgery and was informed 3 months later that he would not be able to return to a “normal” lifestyle ever again. Well to prove those MD’s wrong we were in for a special treat this morning in the gloom. 14 PAX posted (1 Irish goodbye) to see what the “no mosey” was all about. Could have been 15 PAX, but the “name which shall remain unspoken” did not post to everyone’s dismay…A pre beatdown 2+ mile run for the more extreme risk takers in the group followed by:

YHC really does believe Haka is some kind of bionic man. This guy has stamina through the roof and found every way to make sure his heart rate was elevated to the extreme today. Pleasured and honored to lead you men today. Great to see everyone on the regular as YHC returns to continue to prove Doc McStuffins colleagues wrong. Cannot wait to meet some of the newer PAX that have joined recently. Welcome back Flat Tire man we have needed the extra mumble chatter and you always know how to bring it.
