YHC didn’t have many options after Dillio delivered a heavy leg day but also incorporated a full body workout. So what better than a lot of sprints and mainly upper body beatdown. 11 Pax arrived to get our Wednesday started off right. Flag was planted, disclaimer given, and we started.

Warm UP: Following exercises :30 Seconds each

  • Butt Kicks
  • High Knees
  • SSH
  • Merkins
  • Squats
  • Burpees

Mosey to Playground

  • Partnered up, 5 Pull Ups while partner SSH, X5 Rounds

Mosey back to starting point

  • 100yd Sprint. X2 (YHC made it a point to let the pax know that this is how Kickoff returners in the NFL feel returning one to the house)
  • 20 yd Bear crawl…20 Merkins at each end. X3
  • 75yd Sprint X4
  • 20 yd Broad jumps…10 Carolina Dry Docks at each end. X2
  • 50yd Sprint X4
  • 20yd Bear crawl…5 Burpees at each end. X2
  • 25yd Sprints X6
