YHC advertised on Slack last night for PAX to bring their mosey shoes but never specified how much mosey there would actually be. YHC also should have brought a chalkboard today so all PAX could see the exercises throughout the beatdown but only had them written on paper.
The THANG
11 Exercises were to be performed at 25 reps each (with the exception of two exercises) followed by a lap around the dog park and tennis courts. Rinse and repeat for as many rounds as possible. Target for today would be to complete four rounds in order to achieve 1,000 reps.

At 615, all PAX had completed at least three full rounds. Septum was about to go for the fourth lap but YHC had him stay at the courts with less than a minute to go. Great job by all PAX today and shout out to our visitor for completing all four rounds of exercises.
