YHC had jotted down a BD concept a week ago and planned to bring it to the District on Wednesday, but after seeing the defending national champions Kansas Jayhawks play Duke at some ungodly hour Tuesday night, he copied and pasted his name into today’s open spot.
Unfortunately, no thought was given to how leg intensive it was coming off of the Chad x1000. Ce la vie.

- Side bear crawl block drag – 10 yanks to the right

- 10 burpees
- Mosey back
The idea was to do this 10 time, giving 600 reps. That was, aggressive. With no PAX on pace to finish, the block drag was dropped with 4 minutes left to go and we went till time.
