Open Q’s come and get them PAX!!!! We have a bunch of open slots in the Q sheet right now, Seltzer called this out on the slack channel. YHC decided to raise the flag and grab the Monday queue. The weekend was full of too much food and thought it was a much needed time to hit 1000 reps to start the week and burn off some excess. As the morning crept in, YHC was putting on his shoes to leave when the 2.0 got up to try and tag along. After a bit conversation, the little one laid his head back down and YHC rushed out to get to the District on time.

Pulling up at 5:29am on the dot (CST- Chowdah Standard Time), YHC walked up in a bit of a fog but gave a quick disclaimer and got things going.

Warm-Up:

  1. SSH- 15 (IC)
  2. Exaggerated WindMills- 10 (IC)
  3. Leg swings- front to back/side to side/ left & right side- 10 (OYO)

The Thang: 1000 reps

10 exercises, 10 reps. To change things up; complete first set of exercises 5 times. Then switch to the second set and complete 5 times. After add both sets together and complete 5 times. (Writing this out makes it seem like I was able to articulate this just as easily, I jumbled theses instructions in the beginning like I’d just learned to talk with numbers. Thanks for those PAX who came and created some mumble chatter out of it)

  • Second set of five exercises:
    1. Shine splints (shine raises)
    2. Calf raises- HY

    5. Bulgarian split squat- HY
