Beautifully chilly and windy morning with temps in the low 50s and 5 PAX were ready to face the dreaded B.O.P (Board of Pain). No Q takers as of the day before so YHC initiated the red alert to activate her from the grave. One PAX was so scared that he changed his mind and attended the 6am beatdown instead. Her reputation did not disappoint today as she tore our shoulders up. Disclaimer given and we were ready to see what she had in store…

BOP TIME (Bear Square style)
Bear Square is defined as 4 cones set up in a perfect square 15yds apart. Pax must run from starting point to the square (25yds) and bear crawl around the entire perimeter always facing the street, front crawl, right side crawl, crawl bear, left side crawl then sprint back to the starting point for the next round. The BOP was set up as follows…
