5 OYO inch worm shoulder taps.
10 reps IC:
- 1.25 squats
- Seal clap crunches
- Plank leg tap-outs
- Ball claps (thanks Chowdah!)
Four burpees and mosey across the soccer fields to the hill. Bonus fence jump as the back gate was locked.
Hard 11 to get the burpees out of the day.
11 burpees counting down, with a mosey up and over the hill. Always 3 burpees at the peak of the hill.
Mosey back to the flag.
From there, until time, the following:
N*2 (N=number of rounds a PAX was on)
- Box jumps
- Side Step Ups (HW)
- Gas pumpers
After the exercise circuit, one lap around the hut. The PAX could do one of the following per side, per lap:
- Crab walk
- Bear crawl
- Duck walk
- Walking Lunges
