Nice cool end of winter weather during Spring Break where 4 other PAX arrived ready to roll. Welcome to Boba Fett from Phoenix! With it still being March burpee madness YHC had to be sure to work that into the pain.

WARM-UP:

Plank, hold, Merkins x 10 OYO, Peter Parkers x 10 OYO hard, hold, Groiners x 5, recover

THE THANG:
Brief mosey over to the light post where 2 BOPS were leaned against, each facing opposite directions. There was a Side A and a Side B.

SIDE A – All exercises x 10 (hard where applicable);
Squats
Derricks
Frankenstien
Jungle Boi
Groiners
BURPEES
*HALF LAP MOSEY (around dog park but not tennis courts)*

SIDE B – All exercises x 20 (hard where applicable);
Flutter Kicks
MCs
Freddie Mercs
Merkins
X-Factors
BURPEES
*FULL LAP MOSEY (around dog park and tennis courts)*

Rinse & Repeat both side cycles x 3. PAX picked up the six on the mosey and group started each side together. 90 total Burpees completed.

Mosey back to courts with a few minutes left;
Plank for 30 seconds
V-Up hold for 30 seconds
Plank for 15 seconds, 10 Merkins
V-Up hold for 15 seconds, 10 LBCs

Circle-Burp x 10 to reach our goal of 100.

CoT: Prayers for Apnea’s coworker family as they lost a colleague unexpectedly, prayers for our brother in Kenya that passed and his family. Prayers for our guest, Boba Fett, that he find the right path and inspiration that he needs right now.
