Around 9pm Monday night YHC decided to look at who would be Q for Tuesday’s beatdown at the boneyard, thinking Haka and Seltzer wouldn’t have picked up Q due to the recent 26.3 completed on Sunday. Noticing my name on the Qsheet gave me that feeling of “let’s boss this shit up”. (gif describing my feelings)

ITG: Not your typical humid morning, the temp felt like the low 70s/high 60s. Hooker arrived early for a few minutes of mumble chatter, 5:30 arrived and YHC commenced the beatdown!
Warm Up:
- SSH- 15 (IC)
 - Baby Arm Circles- 10 (IC)
- Forward and backwards
 
 - Windmills- 10 (IC)
 - Mosey to the school
 
The Thang:
- Exercise given; 4 sets per exercise; 35 seconds for AMRAP with a 15 second rest in between. Disclaimer given once we completed the set we wouldn’t do the exact same exercise again…
- Windmill Shuffle
 - The Burp

 - Burpees
- Started walking back to the field during intervals of rest
