It’s been a couple months since YHC has Q’d. It felt great to be back out there leading fellow pax in the gloom. 9 pax arrived with mixed emotions not knowing what YHC had in store.

Suicide Cones X5 ROunds
- Exercised- 5 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 15 Squats, 20 SSH
- HALT….mid way through YHC felt the pax werent pushing it to there limits so for the final 2 rounds YHC had Pax pick another Pax member in there head and beat that Pax
Mosey to round a bout
- Bear crawls with X2 Merkins at every line
- Lunges with X3 Squats at every line
Mosey back to BB courts
- Hard 11’s…Merkins
- Circle Up with Cindy in the middle, each Pax 1 by 1 went and performed X5 Thrusters while the other pax SSH
