MOSEY TO THE FRIST POLE, 1 BRUCE LEE EXERCISE AT EACH LIGHT POLE WITH MOSEY IN THE MIDDLE,  CONTIUNE THE CYCLE WITH 1 MUCHO CHESTO EXERCISE AT EACH POLE WITH CONTINUED MOSEY, BEAR CRAWL TO THE NEXT LIGHT POLE, SIDE BEAR CRAWL RIGH SIDE TO THE NEXT POLE, BEAR CRAWL LEFT SIDE TO THE NEXT POLE, CRAB WALK TO THE NEXT LIGHT POLE, SHUFFLE RIGH SIDE TO THE NEXT POLE, SHUFFLE LEFT SIDE TO THE NEXT POLE, BACK PEDDLE TO THE NEXT POLE AND THEN SPRINT TO THE NEXT POLE.
